AfriForum’s Mossel Bay branch convenes with city council
The management of the AfriForum branch in Mossel Bay on 7 February 2017 presented an information session to the executive council of the Mossel Bay Local Municipality.
The purpose of the meeting was to inform the mayor and municipal management of AfriForum’s activities in the town.
Louis Cook, Chairperson of the AfriForum branch in Mossel Bay, says that he is looking forward to strengthening ties between AfriForum and the Local Municipality. He furthermore mentions that AfriForum is satisfied with the condition and maintenance of the town’s infrastructure and that, if certain challenges do in fact surface, the branch will not hesitate in approaching the Municipality.
The Deputy Mayor, Dirk Kotze, thanked AfriForum for their dedicated service to the community and says that they intend on working hard on issues affecting the community.
