AfriForum has once again compiled a report that proves that the human rights situation in South Africa, especially with regard to minority rights, continues to deteriorate in 2025. This report exposes the following: the number and severity of the South African government’s racially discriminatory policies are increasing; private property rights are increasingly under threat; incitement to violence and hatred against minority groups by prominent politicians are worsening; critics of the government are being subjected to intimidation and police investigations; and minority heritage and education are being targeted, attacked and marginalised.
