AfriForum’s activities must contribute towards establishing self-reliance and growing self-determination among Afrikaners, as well as in the communities in which they live and work.

AfriForum’s activities must contribute towards establishing a safe society in which AfriForum’s members and supporters, as well as other citizens, feel and are safe.

AfriForum’s aim is to have justice prevail on various levels. This pursuit of justice extends wider than Afrikaner interests and also includes justice in society as a whole.

AfriForum’s actions must contribute to protecting and developing the Afrikaner’s identity, culture and history, as well as the Afrikaans language, so that Afrikaners as a community will continue to exist, while their identity is being preserved.
