AfriForum Youth in Bloemfontein jests with potholes
AfriForum Youth’s Bloemfontein branches decided that potholes would not play them for fools on 1 April and therefore filled a pothole in Van Rippen Crescent in Fichardt Park themselves.
The Youth branches of Fichardt Park, Pellissier, Hospital Park and Kovsies took on this do-it-yourself project.
“We decided to portray the pothole as a long drop because it is so deep. It is April Fools’ Day, after all!” says Simoné Harms, Chairperson of AfriForum Youth’s Fichardt Park branch.
