AfriForum chooses new branch management in Germiston

The civil rights organisation AfriForum chose a new management team for the Germiston branch on 16 October 2018.

The new branch management consists of Elize Hern (Chairperson), Piet de Wit (Deputy Chairperson), Machiel Pelser (Treasurer), David Deysel (Secretary), André van Niekerk (Local Government Affairs) and Chris Smith (Safety Chairperson).

“We are proud to be part of AfriForum and are more than ready to take on the problems in our community,” says Hern.

Hern says that she and the management team are looking forward to making a difference in the community. “This branch will focus on safety issues, poor service delivery, environmental problems and community-driven projects.”

AfriForum urges the community of Germiston to join the local branch.
